I Love You
Hello everyone, hope you guys are doing well, I am doing great, I just thought about something today and I felt I should share with you all. I have heard about this word over and over again and it seem to be very powerful, ''I LOVE YOU''. I went extra miles to search the meaning of the saying ''I Love You''. What does saying "I love you" mean in
the context of a dating relationship? What should it mean in a
relationship that honors God?
I am newly in a relationship with a young lady who has been a good friend for a year. In September I moved away to law school and we started dating in October. Adjusting to the distance hasn't been as hard (yet) as we'd feared, because we communicate very well with each other.
I know that the word "love" has a lot of different meanings, but what does it mean to say to a girlfriend, "I love you"? I strive to seek what is best for my girlfriend in our relationship by leading and working toward loving her as Christ loves the Church. I have also tried to sacrifice for her when we were friends, and I continue to do so.
While these reflect some biblical meanings of the word "love," I get the feeling that "I love you" generally means something else. Something like Thrice's definition from their song "The Weight:" "Love is a loyalty sworn, not a burning for a moment." In this context, "love" means an enduring promise to be faithful to someone, not unlike a marriage proposal. Is this too high a standard? Completely off the mark?
Any kind of help you could give me would be great. I don't think we're currently at the point in our relationship where either of us saying "I love you" to the other would be honoring God. But I'd like to figure this out sooner rather than later. What are some signs or actions that should precede or follow speaking the words "I love you"?

True Love and Happiness
10 Tips on how to find True Love.
I am thinking about writing a new post today when the thoughts of ''real love'' came to my mind.'' Love is real'' and I strongly believe in it. There are times I wonder why it's kinda difficult to find true love. Yet as the True Love Master, I think I should share this ''ten steps to finding true love''.
1.You need to forget about your past and focus on the future.
Whenever you meet someone new, keep any negative thoughts or feelings or past heartbreaks behind you and walk into the future with them.
2. You need to come out of the loneliness shell.
Come out of your living room, you might meet someone by getting out there and trying new things-online dating, taking a class, going to the gym house, tell everyone even your married friends that you are looking forward to having someone new in your life.
3. Always give the guy a chance.
Try as much as you can to get that mentality of he must be ''6 feet tall, dark, and handsome'' It just might be a perfect fit.
4. Accept blind dates like a first date.
So many people has met their husbands on a blind dates, and you too can! Sitting on a noisy restaurant might not be too OK, go out and do something fun. one of our Garter Brides went to a football game, and she and her date found each other brought a friend. they had a blast and got married one year later.
5. There is Time.
There is no need of being in a rush, spend time in getting to knowing the guy you are with and don't be in a rush in meeting his children or him meeting yours. It starts with the two of you. Make sure this is someone you want in your life.
6. Isn’t it romantic?
Just because you’re meeting the love of your life later in life doesn’t mean you can’t still have passionate, amazing sex! The Garter Brides say “Go for it!”
7. Someone to come home to
When you’re ready to move in together you will discover how wonderful it is to come home to the one you love. Be prepared for some give and take—for example, over which of each others’ belongings stay or go.
8. What’s up with a pre-nup?
Remember that a pre-nup isn’t because you think your marriage isn’t going to work—it’s so you get to decide how your assets and everything you’ve worked for can be protected.
9. Your wedding, your way
Now you’re in love and it’s time to have your wedding exactly how you want it. The Garter Brides have had all kinds of weddings! Remember it is all about you and the man of your dreams. Whatever you want is the way to go.
10. Happily ever after can happen to you
Remember what the Garter Brides always say: “It’s never too late to find true love. We did, and you can too!’
Love Addiction
From my own perspective I think ''Love addiction'' is a human act in
which people become addicted to the feelings of being so much in love.
Love addicts differs in behaviors. Love addiction is pretty common,
therefore, most love addiction do not realize they are addicted to love,
there are different ways to treat love addiction with various
techniques, they are mostly similar to recovery from other addictions
such as alcoholism, ''sexual addiction'' and through social meetings.
True Love Is True
Love is a thing of the heart, love is the most important thing in life,
when you got it you are happy but when you don't have it you get sad
without you knowing the reason to your sadness, people seek for
''through love'' but not everyone finds it. Love is not finding the
right person, love is just give and take. So many people use the word 'I
Love You' when they are really far from loving their selves. You can't
give what you don't have that's why I say love is all about give and
take.
Love can be shared amongst the people around you, but it's nice to love one's self before trying to love someone. I have friend who always talks about love but he has no love for himself. If you can't take care of you then you don't love yourself, it's as simple has that. When you love yourself love will find you. There is no magic about love, if you love someone you most love them completely just as you love your life. As life is so precious to man that is how love is so precious to God.
Secrets to loving someone is just be open to the one you love, don't hide/keep anything from the one you love. the only way to have true love is when you are true to yourself. Once you are true to yourself love will be true to you and when love is true to you, you get true love in return. the best gift you can give anyone is LOVE.
Everyone needs love and love needs everyone. so love someone today. Show some love to the people around you.
You know its true love when all you want is for that person to be happy, even though you are not a part of their happiness.
